Sanskar International Mahila Shikshak Shikhsa Maha Vidyalayais Graduate SikshaMahavidyalaya. The courses run under this department are B.S.T.C.&B.Ed.. In 2006 the B.Ed. was initiated and in 2008B.S.T.C. was started. According to the declaration made by H.R.D. Ministry,Govt. of India, on Sep 13th 1983, 50 informal education centers in 20 villages of the Hanumangarh region and under informal professional education, the stitching centers were run for at-least 2 years successfully in the Mahavidyalaya. According to the plans laid by the H.R.D. Ministry, Govt. of IndiaInitially this department was affiliated now to MGSU, Bikaner.
